Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Paid Media Executive
with 0 to 2 years of experience, who has a keen interest in running and optimizing
Meta Ads campaigns
(Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of performance marketing, especially Meta's advertising ecosystem, and will assist in planning, executing, and refining paid social media strategies to generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
  2. Conduct audience and competitor research to improve targeting strategies.
  3. Collaborate on ad creative development including copywriting, visuals, and A/B testing of creatives.
  4. Monitor daily campaign performance metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  5. Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring delivery within set budgets and objectives.
  6. Support in developing custom audiences, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences for improved reach and engagement.
  7. Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaign strategies align with broader brand and performance goals.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads tools, features, and best practices.
  9. Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. 0 to 2 years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
  2. Basic understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager platforms.
  3. Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs related to paid social campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  7. Enthusiastic about digital advertising and eager to grow in the performance marketing space.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Hands-on experience with other social media advertising platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.
  2. Understanding of broader digital marketing channels such as Google Ads and SEO.
  3. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  4. Meta Blueprint Certification or relevant certifications are a plus.
