Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Chennai. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role also involves preparing sales reports, participating in industry events, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and revenue management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
