About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Analytics Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will bring both academic expertise and industry knowledge to help students build strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the overall growth of our Business Analytics program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Business Analytics, Data Science, and related subjects.
  • Develop lesson plans, course materials, case studies, and hands-on assignments.
  • Guide students on academic projects, research, internships, and real-world case studies.
  • Collaborate with peers on curriculum design and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry tools, technologies, and trends in Business Analytics.
  • Contribute to student mentoring, workshops, and industry-academia initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and create an engaging learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Prior teaching or corporate training experience.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, or Big Data tools.

Industry exposure in Business Analytics or Data Science roles.
