Customer Account Management:

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Dyneton, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing customer accounts, handling product postings, and delivering training sessions to clients. Your expertise will contribute to fostering strong relationships with clients and enhancing their experience on

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer accounts on
  • Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Posting:

  • Assist clients in listing their products effectively on
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines during product postings.

Client Training:

  • Provide training to clients on how to use efficiently.
  • Educate clients on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize their online presence.

Customer Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations to improve their success on the platform.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Regularly track and report client progress and account performance.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve services and address concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic online tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
