Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- To attend inbound calls from customers and respond to their queries in a friendly and courteous manner.
- To identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our banking products to customers.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of call center operations and be familiar with industry best practices.
In addition, you will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset, and prior experience in a call center environment would be considered an advantage.
