Job Title: Medical Equipment Service Manager

Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Medical Equipment Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of medical devices. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, timely resolution of technical issues, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day service operations for medical equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the service team, including technicians and engineers.
  • Ensure timely installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical devices.
  • Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to technical problems.
  • Maintain service records, reports, and documentation for all equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service/maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards for medical equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹540,000.00 per year
