The Role

We're looking for a Producer to guide creative teams, manage projects, and balance artistic vision with production realities. You'll ensure content is delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality, leveraging AI-assisted workflows wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for animation, digital, and TV projects.
  • Collaborate with directors, animators, editors, and writers to maintain creative vision.
  • Make quality judgments—know when to push for polish vs. when to ship.
  • Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and report updates to leadership.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows and processes to improve efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in production management for animation, VFX, TV, or OTT.
  • Strong storytelling, production pipeline knowledge, and AI-driven content experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm under pressure with a track record of delivering projects successfully.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in animated series, short-form content, or cross-platform storytelling.
  • Background in editing, directing, or design.
  • Familiarity with indie or lean pipelines.
