We connect users with trusted astrologers through live sessions, chats, and personalized puja & consultation services. We're building the next-generation digital astrology experience for millions of users.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Product Operations Executive
who has a background or deep understanding of astrology and can manage our astrologer community as well as daily operations of the AstroLive app. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and passionate about both astrology and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the
    AstroLive app
    , ensuring smooth astrologer sessions and user experiences.
  • Coordinate with astrologers for onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure astrologers follow platform guidelines and maintain content quality.
  • Work closely with product, tech, and support teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Analyze astrologer engagement, feedback, and revenue performance to suggest improvements.
  • Assist in creating new operational processes to improve efficiency and retention.
  • Handle basic reporting and data tracking for astrologer activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    operations, community management, or product support
    (preferably in the astrology or live streaming domain).
  • Strong understanding or educational background in
    astrology
    (Vedic astrology preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with dashboards, CRM tools, and analytics.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Bangalore
    .
