Job Title: Telecaller – Sales (Female Candidates Only)

Pentium Constructions is a trusted name in Kerala real estate, delivering premium and luxury apartments. We are looking for a motivated female Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team at our Perinthalmanna office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Pentium Constructions projects.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Schedule site visits and assist in converting leads into sales.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up consistently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred (real estate an added advantage).
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

Location

Perinthalmanna, Kerala (Office-based).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
