Primary Responsibilities:

  • DevOps Practices & Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of applications.

  • Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments, ensuring robust and resilient deployment.

  • Leverage Terraform or CloudFormation to manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate infrastructure provisioning.

  • Containerization & Orchestration:

  • Work with Docker for containerization, ensuring seamless container builds and deployment across multiple environments.

  • Create and manage Helm charts for deploying applications to Kubernetes clusters efficiently.

  • CI/CD Pipeline Development:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using Jenkins or GitHub Actions, automating the build, test, and deployment processes to support rapid release cycles.

  • Monitoring & Logging:

  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Datadog, ensuring system performance is continuously tracked and issues are proactively identified.

  • Automation & Scripting:

  • Write automation scripts and tools in Python or Golang to streamline workflows, improve infrastructure efficiency, and minimize manual intervention.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve the software development lifecycle and operational workflows.

  • Provide support and guidance for development teams on best practices for deployment, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
