We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React, Java, Spring Boot, and Python, along with a solid understanding of AWS cloud services. You will guide a cross-functional development team, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
  • Drive code quality, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices in software engineering.
  • Oversee integration of React-based frontends with Java/Spring Boot and Python backends.
  • Implement and optimize APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
  • Ensure efficient use of AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Python
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Good knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor developers and lead by example.
