Job Title: HR Executive

Salary: SGD 5500/month (Approx)

• Additional compensation for night shifts.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Saturday shifts optional

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring HR Executives for multiple international and domestic locations. As an essential member of the human resources team, the HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage HR processes in fast-paced and multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Address employee queries and grievances promptly, ensuring fair resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or high-growth organization.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
