Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential customers and existing clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and setting appointments when necessary. Your goal will be to drive growth and build positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information and resolving queries.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-up:
  • Generate leads by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Follow up on leads and provide ongoing communication to nurture customer interest.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Building:
  • Answer customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs effectively.
  • Product Knowledge & Pitching:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and interests.
  • Data Entry & Record Maintenance:
  • Accurately record customer information and interactions in CRM or internal databases.
  • Maintain organized records of calls, feedback, and customer responses.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls, leads, conversions, or appointments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant tone.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
