In this role, you will:

  • Provide analytical services for various benefit programs and projects to ensure their objectives are conducted in an effective and timely manner. This will include data management, audits, reporting, and interaction with key stakeholders. Provide ad hoc as well as self-directed reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, issues, etc.

  • Responsible for managing and addressing escalated vendor situations and other complex multi-customer issues in a prompt and professional manner through research and analysis, to determine root cause, improve the process and assure success and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the NA Benefits invoicing and recharge process.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed in a timely manner.

  • Participate in process improvement activities with people solutions associated with leveraging data and technology.

  • Manage benefit file processes, integration edits, and contribution funding.

  • Collaborate and work in conjunction with the Global benefits team as required.

  • Other projects as assigned.

In one of our Professional role, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 2 years of benefit and compensation analysis experience or related experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis, modeling, and projects.

  • Proven aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple HR systems, benefit platforms, and vendor interfaces.

  • Knowledge & experience with Workday preferred.

Critical Skills/Qualifications

  • A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.

  • Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple systems including Workday.

  • Aptitude for statistical and trend analysis.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage. competing priorities in a fast-paced organization.

  • Excellent Excel skills are necessary.

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary, including ability to effectively work across global teams, all levels of the organization and external contacts.

  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.

  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time zone hours with the opportunity to flex.

  • Fluency in English.
