Job Summary:

We are hiring for Azure DeVops Lead with below mandate skill set:

1. Certifications into Java/ Azure/ Relevant technologies

2. Strong experience with Azure and Azure Devops

3. ArgoCD

shift timings (02:30 am to 11:00 am and 10:30 am to 20:30 pm IST) on a rotational basis.(Only for male candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate application modernization through DevOps practices and CI/CD toolchain adoption and implementation.

2. Continually optimize systems and workflows by improving architecture, infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and observability.

3. Ensure the security, availability, performance, change/ incident management, telemetry, and capacity management.

4. Provision high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance using new and existing cloud solutions.

5. Collaborate with developers to ensure applications are designed with DevOps best practices in mind.

6. Monitor server health, application performance metric.

7. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure across the entire stack including network, application, and database layers.

8. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekend releases and being available to respond to production issues outside of regular working hours, including weekends and holidays.

9. Maintain and enhance disaster recovery strategies and backup procedures to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills and Experience:

Must Have:

1. 5+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

2. 5+ years of experience in design, develop, test, and management of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Github Actions, etc)

3. 5+ years of experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.

4. 5+ years of work experience with Public Cloud (Azure)

5. Experience with Azure cloud or Azure DevOps

6. 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep, Cloud Formation, etc.

7. Familiarity with messaging services like Kafka or Azure Eventhubs

8. Experience with monitoring, logging and tracing services (DataDog)

9. Hands-on experience with build frameworks (Gradle, Maven, etc)

10. Good understanding of Linux operating system

11. Ability to partner with multi-functional teams and pivot quickly.

12. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

13. Curiosity and motivation to learn.

Nice to Have:

1. Kubernetes certification

2. Experience with Datadog or any other observability tools

3. Familiarity with application development using Java and React

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Self-motivated, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English

Education:

BE/Btech/BCA/MCA or similar qualification
