The company's seasoned Colour Consultants curate interior and exterior colour palettes that influence human behavior, enhancing productivity and creating inspiring spaces. Our approach is grounded in the belief that colour affects everything we do, from how we eat and sleep to how we act and respond in any given space.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Color Consultant located in Gurugram. The Color Consultant will be responsible for providing expert color advice using principles of Colour Psychology, curating interior and exterior color palettes, and conducting consultations with clients. The role includes assisting in selecting paint colors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth by providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable color schemes that achieve desired effects and alter behavior patterns.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Color Consulting and a strong understanding of Color Theory
  • Experience with Paint selection and application processes
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience and ability to drive customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferable
  • Formal education in Colour Psychology is a plus
