Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site off role job for a Relationship Associate - Bancassurance based in Noida.

The Relationship Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with banking partners, ensuring the seamless execution of bancassurance operations, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, providing robust customer support, and generating leads through collaborative partnership with the bank's sales teams.

The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, building rapport with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development expertise
  • Knowledge or experience in bancassurance or financial products is preferre
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Educational qualification: Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Prior experience in insurance, banking, or related domains will be an added advantage
