Specialist - Integrated Marketing (Virtual Events)

Are you passionate about creating seamless, high-impact virtual events? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Freshworks is looking for a Specialist - Integrated Marketing (Virtual Events) to drive the logistics, execution, and innovation behind our virtual events. If you love orchestrating engaging virtual events that captivate audiences, this is the role for you

What You'll Do:

• Support virtual event execution: Assist with managing event requests, maintaining the virtual event calendar, and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Landing page creation: Build and update event landing pages that drive registrations.

• Enable smooth event delivery: Help set up live and simulated virtual events, ensure brand consistency, test sessions, manage registrations, and provide support (facilitating polls and surveys) during events.

• Promote event visibility: Partner with the email center of excellence and campaign managers to support event promotion through email and social media.

• Track and report performance: Help collect event metrics, monitor attendee engagement, and share insights to improve future events.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Organized and detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple events and ensure all logistics are executed accurately.

• Collaborative team player: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, web) to deliver successful events.

• Tech-savvy executor: Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, Goldcast preferred), CMS tools, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Strong communicator: Clear and professional communication with internal teams, speakers, and attendees.

• Eager to learn: Openness to adopting new tools, processes, and best practices to enhance event quality.

• Agile and adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Success Metrics (KPIs):

• Smooth and timely execution of assigned events.

• Accurate and timely reporting of event performance.

• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
