Solar Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate effective sales strategies to meet targets in the solar energy market
- Team Management: Supervise sales personnel to ensure they meet performance goals and provide guidance to teams
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar industry
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales teams
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of solar panels, their technical specifications, and the solar industry
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and expand channel networks
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA: Preferred or required by some companies
Salary Range:
- ₹2.5 lac to ₹10 lac per year, depending on experience and company
- ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and company
