Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential students/leads, explaining our courses, and helping them take informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective leads and explain details about our courses (CMA USA, CPA, CIA, etc.).
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication until enrollment.
  • Maintain an accurate database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Handle inbound calls, answer student queries, and provide course-related information.
  • Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with senior academic counselors.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with students and parents.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • Excellent verbal communication in English is compulsory
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
