Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies that boost organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' website and content dominate SERPs while aligning with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both technical and creative aspects of SEO. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Keyword Research & Strategy Development:

a. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.

b. Develop comprehensive SEO strategies targeting high-value keywords to drive organic traffic.

  1. On-Page Optimization:

a. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking structures for maximum SEO performance.

b. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and keyword strategies.

  1. Technical SEO:

a. Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, crawling, and overall user experience.

b. Work closely with the development team to implement SEO-friendly coding practices and resolve technical challenges.

  1. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

a. Design and execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.

b. Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders to expand our digital reach.

  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

a. Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

b. Provide actionable insights and detailed reports on ranking progress, traffic growth, and campaign success.

  1. Stay Ahead of Trends:

a. Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

a. Partner with content writers, designers, developers, and marketers to create cohesive, SEO-driven campaigns.

b. Ensure all teams are aligned on SEO goals and execution plans.

  1. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

a. Diagnose and resolve issues related to website indexing, crawling errors, or drops in rankings.

b. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance SEO performance.

Qualifications :

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or

a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist/Executive or in a similar role.

Preferred Skills

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

o Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO.

o Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar systems.

o Hands-on experience with local SEO and managing Google My Business listings.

o Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.

· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving SEO challenges.
