We are seeking a 
Senior Bookkeeper
 with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently without close supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience with 
QuickBooks Online
, a solid understanding of U.S. accounting practices (GAAP), and the ability to clearly articulate financial insights to leadership. Candidates with 
CA/CPA credentials (or in process)
 will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Enter accounting-related information into 
    QuickBooks Online
     daily.
  • Inspect account books for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Organize and update financial records systematically.
  • Recommend ways to 
    reduce costs and improve financial efficiency.
  • Perform monthly 
    bank settlements
     and 
    credit card reconciliations.
  • Support the maintenance of 
    client trust accounts
     and ensure compliance.
  • Track and report on 
    accounts receivable, accounts payable, commissions, and bonuses.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports as directed by the Manager.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA preferred).
  • Over 8 years of experience in Accounting
  • QuickBooks Online experience.
  • Over 2 years of working experience with US/UK clients.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in 
    Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
