Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Delhi, India, for a Mobile Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting mobile device issues, repairing hardware and software malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring devices meet quality standards. The role also includes maintaining records of repairs, managing tools and equipment, and providing excellent customer support.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in mobile device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Proficiency in software installation and update processes
  • Knowledge of hardware components, maintenance, and replacement techniques
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure quality repairs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Previous experience as a mobile service technician or in a similar role is a plus
  • Diploma or certification in electronics, telecommunications, or related field preferred
