Position: Estate Manager – Maintenance (High-Rise Project)

Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month

Qualification: B.Tech / Graduate (Technical background preferred)

Industry: Real Estate / Facility Management / Commercial Complex

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Estate Manager – Maintenance to oversee the overall maintenance operations of a high-rise residential and commercial complex. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with experience managing both hard and soft services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and civil systems.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all building systems and utilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and security operations.
  • Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) records and ensure timely renewals.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets, material usage, and manpower deployment.
  • Handle resident/client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Implement safety, firefighting, and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to ensure proper upkeep.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and present updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in estate/facility management, preferably in high-rise or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC).
  • Experience in handling both technical and soft services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing a large team of technicians and housekeeping staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software preferred.

Education

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Graduation with relevant experience in estate/facility management will also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
