Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence of systems to defined quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits (Process/QMS/Layered) as per yearly audit plan.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.
  • Handle 4M Change Management and related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Apply statistical tools including SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
  • Manage calibration of equipment and maintain relevant records.
  • Prepare documentation for external audits and ensure compliance readiness.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of quality tools and techniques (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
