We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10-18 years of experience to lead our Food and Beverage team at Le Mridien. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food safety protocols to maintain excellence.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques, presentation, and customer interaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor quality control measures to maintain consistency and accuracy in food preparation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing Food and Beverage operations in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
