Role Description

We're seeking a results-driven
Senior Technology Recruiter
with a proven track record in hiring for India's dynamic technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at tech hiring, and wants to play a key role in scaling an IT services organisation by building a strong and diverse pipeline of tech talent.

You should love the thrill of cracking niche roles, closing time-sensitive mandates, and delivering quality over quantity-even under pressure.

You'll collaborate closely with delivery leads, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure technology roles are filled with the right people at the right time.

As part of our growing people and culture roadmap, we are strengthening our in-house talent acquisition team and are searching for a recruiter with deep functional and market knowledge who can:

• Simplify complexity
• Build trust with internal stakeholders
• Close critical roles on time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  end-to-end hiring
  for technology roles: from
  software development and cloud engineering to DevOps, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and product management
  .
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, expectations, and success metrics.
• Leverage various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, tech communities, referrals, and niche talent forums.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical expertise, project exposure, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers, onboard talent, and maintain strong relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent mapping insights to leadership.
• Drive hiring KPIs - TAT, offer-to-join ratio, candidate experience scores, and sourcing ROI.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure recruitment process compliance.
• Mentor junior TA team members and help them sharpen their technical recruiting acumen.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 6-10 years of tech recruiting experience in India (staffing agency or recruitment firm background REQUIRED).
• Strong understanding of IT services, product development processes, and tech stacks (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or other related technology domain
  highly preferred
  .
• Sharp stakeholder management skills - ability to work with tech leads, HR teams, and senior leadership.
• Ability to work partially from the Noida office (or willing to travel to Noida as per business needs).
• Passion for solving talent challenges and an eye for detail while working at speed.

• Experience with niche technologies or large-scale ramp-ups.
• A knack for storytelling - positioning roles attractively to high-demand talent.
