We are seeking an experienced
ADAS System Engineering Technical Lead
to lead the definition and integration of Autonomous Driving (AD), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and Electrical & Electronics (E/E) architecture for next-generation vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise, a system-level mindset, and strong collaborative skills to work directly with major automotive OEMs and internal cross-functional teams.

1 Role/Position : System Engineer architect– ADAS

2 Experience : 8 - 10Years

3 Work Location : India (Need to travel around the globe as per the project requirement)

5 Education : B.Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA, Diploma in Computer Engineering\Electronics\Communication Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Define system architecture for AD and ADAS functions, ensuring scalable and modular design across multiple vehicle platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the overall E/E architecture to support high-performance compute, sensors (LiDAR, radar, camera, ultrasonic), ECUs, and networking (CAN, Ethernet, FlexRay, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with OEM partners to align system requirements, interface definitions, safety goals, and integration plans.
  • Lead architecture discussions and trade-off analysis involving performance, cost, safety (ISO 26262), and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE
  • Drive the end-to-end functional decomposition of ADAS features into logical and physical architecture components.
  • Interface with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure architecture feasibility and alignment.
  • Participate in vehicle-level validation, integration planning, and troubleshooting activities.

Work Experience
Primary Skills/Requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience in ADAS Requirement and functional specification creation for OEMs.
  • Good understanding of ADAS system requirements for features like ACC, CC, BSW, RCTA, LKA, LDW etc for OEMs.
  • Familiar with creating system specifications for ADAS features with sensors like radar, camera (mono and stereo) , sonar etc.
  • Familiar with global and Indian standards and regulations like NCAP, B-NCA, UN , AIS etc
  • Good exposure in defining/writing ADAS system specifications for various ADAS features including diagnostics/failsafe.
  • Good exposure on working with OEMs
  • Understanding on system validation of ADAS products.
  • Knowledge on supporting process like Functional safety for ADAS products.

Preferred (Secondary) Skills

  • Experience with simulation tools (CarSim, PreScan, or similar) and system modeling (SysML, Enterprise Architect).
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle communication protocols and diagnostic tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration in ADAS systems.
  • Japanese Language competency is an added advantage
