About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to manage all facility-related operations at our Bangalore office, ensuring that the workplace is safe, functional, and efficient. This role involves vendor management, infrastructure maintenance, compliance, and smooth daily operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of office premises, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and other facility-related services.
• Vendor Management:
o Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for facility services.
o Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure timely service delivery.
o Monitor vendor performance and ensure cost-effective procurement.
o Handle vendor payments and resolve disputes if any.
• Monitor and manage utility services (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and coordinate office space utilization, seating arrangements, and moves.
• Prepare facility budgets and control costs.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency repairs.
• Ensure proper functioning of security systems (CCTV, access control, fire safety).
• Coordinate for office events and support admin requirements of all departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management with strong vendor handling experience.
• Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
