Role & responsibilities

1. Credit Policy maintenance and monitoring keep a track on Policy compliance metrices, highlight potential breaches

2. Keep track on RBI guidelines and ensure timely updation of Credit policy for ensuring compliance

3. Manage Internal Rating Model for Corporate clients; ensure implementation of Facility Risk Rating (FRR)

4. Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) execute ICAAP assessment in line with RBI guidelines

5. Calculate Risk Adjusted Return on Capital Employed (RAROC) for big ticket loans

6. Perform Portfolio monitoring activities for Corporate Finance portfolio

7. Perform Portfolio deep-dive to identify emerging trends; contribute towards improving portfolio quality and

reducing non-performing loans

8. Data Analysis and performance Tracking

9. Covenant Monitoring and Portfolio hygiene tracking activities

10. Maintain data base of Corporate Customers e.g. Collateral, Credit Ratings, Delinquency Trends, POS etc.

11. Monitor key Macro Economic Indicators and changes in external environment; Perform Impact assessment on

lending portfolio

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good Command over Excel to manage/interpret large volumes of Data

  • Presentation making

  • Ability to work comfortably in interacting closely with senior management including Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors

  • Must possess an impressive executive demeanour, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities.
  • The individual must possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom he/she will work.
  • Knowledge of managing Corporate Finance portfolio, Financial Concepts, RAROC, Regulatory Reporting , Knowledge of Credit Ratings, Internal Rating Models, Basel/IFRS 9 (PD, LGD, EAD), Industry Research, ECL Models for Corporate Portfolio
