Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and confident Female Digital Marketing Executive (Team Lead) to take charge of our digital marketing team at ScoreCity. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, leadership skills to manage a small team, and the ability to train and mentor executives in various digital domains.

You'll be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing the team's workflow, and ensuring our digital initiatives deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and supervise the digital marketing team (social media, content, design, and ad executives).
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide digital marketing training and upskilling sessions for team members.
  • Conduct brainstorming meetings and guide the team on campaign strategy and creative direction.
  • Maintain coordination between departments (design, content, marketing, and sales).

Digital Marketing Execution:

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across all major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and manage social media calendars, posts, and promotional content.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and present campaign insights to management.
  • Drive engagement and online visibility through innovative ideas and trend-based campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (team handling experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to strategize, plan, and execute campaigns independently.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
