We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to strengthen our online presence, manage campaigns, and generate quality leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Manage social media handles with engaging content and consistent branding
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for timely campaign execution
- Monitor analytics and prepare reports to track performance and improve reach

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms
- Creative mindset with content planning and copywriting skills
- Ability to work with designers and coordinate marketing assets

**Bonus**:
Experience with real estate CRM tools or lead funnels is a plus.
