Role Overview
The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of solar power projects in Eastern UP. This includes site surveys, design coordination, installation supervision, vendor management, and ensuring timely commissioning while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for solar projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and BOQ in coordination with design teams.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly project reports and submit to the Head Office.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support in handover, documentation, and training to clients post-commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Solar EPC Project Execution (freshers with relevant internship experience may apply).
  • Knowledge of on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid solar systems.
  • Understanding of net metering, electrical SLD, and BOS components.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel across project sites in Eastern UP.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
