Sales Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and confident freshers who want to kickstart their career in Sales & Business Development (Lead Generation) for our India staffing team.
This is a client-facing role involving prospect research, lead qualification, and coordination with senior business managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through online research, calls, and networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and generate business opportunities
- Maintain lead data and activity records in CRM tools
- Collaborate with senior business managers for proposal creation and follow-ups
- Learn and contribute to end-to-end staffing sales processes
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Confident, energetic, and eager to learn sales skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Open to working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Internship in sales, recruitment, or staffing (preferred but not mandatory)
Education:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, MBA-preferred)
