Functional Role (Job Description)

The Order Management team leader is responsible for the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and excellent service. This role involves close collaboration with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order execution and high customer satisfaction.

Work Experience

5 to 7 years in Order to Cash process

Key Responsibilities

• Process customers' orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure timely review of all set-ups according to client terms to reduce overall turn-around time of organization.
• To ensure that there is no contract that is kept on HOLD/Aging without proper reasoning.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to resolve issues related to order, billing or any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with companies' policies and customer specific service level agreements (SLA).
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve order management processes and reduce cycle time.
• Be a part of the regular calls (need basis), audit the information (if needed) and to ensure that no scheduled Calls are missed.
• Ensure proper control checks are adhered to, so that errors are minimized/eliminated.
• Perform back up duties for Team members, as necessary.
