Role Overview

We're on the hunt for an
Influencer Marketing Strategist,
someone who's just as fluent in scouting talent as they are in crafting compelling creator-led content. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in both
creative
and
campaign execution
. You'll lead influencer-led campaigns end-to-end: from sourcing and briefing creators, to co-ideating content, writing scripts, and overseeing delivery.

You're not just a relationship manager you're a content lover, a pop culture addict, and a hands-on campaign lead who can turn an influencer partnership into a scroll-stopping moment.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Campaign Execution

  • Identify and scout creators aligned with client goals, brand values, and campaign needs.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, coordination, and timeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, managers, and talent networks.

Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Ideate and conceptualize influencer-led content campaigns with a strong cultural hook.
  • Co-create content ideas with creators ensuring alignment with brand objectives while allowing creator authenticity.
  • Write influencer briefs, concept decks, video hooks, content outlines, and scripts when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams (copy, video, design) to ensure influencer content is seamlessly integrated with broader campaigns.

Trend Intelligence & Content Culture

  • Stay deeply immersed in social media platforms and creator culture, Reels, Shorts, X, YouTube.
  • Spot and leverage viral trends, emerging content formats, and up-and-coming creators.
  • Bring fresh, culturally relevant POVs to campaign ideation and brand storytelling.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and content engagement across influencer deliverables.
  • Provide input on what's working and what can be improved creatively and strategically.
  • Collaborate with performance teams to optimize future content based on results.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or branded content.
  • Experience working in an agency or creator-led production environment.
  • Strong creative instincts with experience writing content concepts, scripts, or creative briefs.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer landscape from micro to mega, across various niches.
  • Excellent taste in content, strong pop culture awareness, and obsession with platform-native storytelling.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident in working directly with both creators and clients.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and paid amplification of influencer content.
  • Familiarity with influencer campaign platforms/tools.
