Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager, based in Pune. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure efficient operations, overseeing procurement planning, and maintaining inventory controls. The role also involves developing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing logistics. The Supply Chain Manager will analyze data to forecast demand, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    outbound and inbound deliveries
    with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and review
    shipping documentation
    and ensure compliance.
  • Handle
    inventory management & replenishment activities
    .
  • Monitor
    transportation tracking
    and ensure smooth delivery flow.
  • Prepare and issue
    shipping instructions
    to logistics partners.
  • Audit carrier invoices
    to ensure correctness and avoid discrepancies.
  • Work closely with
    internal and external stakeholders
    with clear communication.
  • Use
    SAP
    efficiently for logistics and transportation-related processes.

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in
    Supply Chain / Logistics
    .
  • Experience in
    Quote Management or Inventory Management
    (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills
    for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in
    SAP
    (must-have).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
