Field Sales Executive

Base Salary: ₹8,000 per month + Sales Commission (up to 11% of invoice amount)
Working Hours: 6–7 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Primary Location: Hyderabad (Open to global sales opportunities)
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients in industries related to Food, Farm, Event Planning, and Branding.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, maximizing earning potential through performance-based commissions.
• Conduct in-person meetings, cold calls, telephonic follow-ups, and online interactions to drive sales.
2. Domain-Specific Sales Focus
• Food:
• Market and sell products such as catering services, biryani and tiffin services, pickles, hot snacks, and sweets.
• Build relationships with bulk buyers, retail outlets, and individual customers.
• Event Planning:
• Promote services like catering, décor, photography/videography, anchoring, skits, and orchestra performances for events.
• Collaborate with event organizers and individuals to provide tailored solutions.
• Branding:
• Drive sales for branding services, including brand creation, promotions, ad shoots, and comprehensive brand development packages.
• Work closely with businesses to understand their branding needs and offer end-to-end solutions.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and timely support.
• Maintain an approachable and professional attitude to gain client trust and loyalty.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
4. Market Expansion & Research
• Explore new markets globally for potential sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to craft better sales strategies.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market conditions.
5. Effective Communication & Negotiation
• Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits to clients to influence purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery timelines, and service commitments.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints effectively, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
6. Accountability & Performance Tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools or manual tracking systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports to monitor sales performance and progress towards targets.
7. Collaborative Teamwork
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and production) to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
• Share insights and ideas with the team to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
8. Flexibility & Global Reach
• Be open to travel within and outside Hyderabad to meet clients, attend events, and expand the business network.
• Handle global client interactions through calls, video meetings, and online platforms.
9. Professional Development
• Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and domain expertise.
• Stay adaptable to new sales techniques and market strategies.
Candidate Expectations:
• No education requirements, but must demonstrate excellent communication skills (in English, Telugu, or Hindi).
• Highly accountable, self-motivated, and loyal to the organization.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and delivering value to clients.
• Willingness to take initiative and learn about diverse domains like Food, Event Planning, and Branding.
