Job Description:

As an Occupational Therapist at Continua Kids, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and evaluating the needs of children with developmental and neurological conditions.
• Designing and implementing personalized intervention plans to improve motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
• Guiding parents and caregivers with strategies and techniques to support therapy at home.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including speech, ABA, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic care for children.
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Participating in workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.
