Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team at Continua Kids, Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric speech therapy and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Educate and train parents on strategies to support their child's communication skills at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent.

Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies.

Experience in pediatric speech therapy is highly preferred.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, parents, and team members.

Ability to adapt therapy plans to suit individual needs and developmental stages.
