Role & responsibilities

Responsible for growth of social media platforms

  • Boost social media content to drive followers and engagement.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with brands goals.
  • Developing and executing content calendars and cultivating social media communities.
  • Visualizing social media creatives for the brands and developing captions, copywriting as per the requirement of the creatives
  • Keeping a track of the trends in social media and thinking newer ideas & trendy stories for brand promotion on social media
  • To manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Planning, creating, and implementing content to suit different channels.
  • Manage ORM: communicate with followers, respond to queries on a daily basis, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Analyze competitor activity - Do extensive research on social content that other consumer brands are creating to draw on best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams-designing team for designs and marketing team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills as suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful social caption to tweets and using effective storytelling techniques.
