We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and highly presentable Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. The role demands hardcore sales experience, with a strong focus on telecalling, lead generation, getting client walk-ins, and converting them into memberships. Key Responsibilities  Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and marketing activities.  Ensure maximum walk-ins to the gym from generated leads.  Meet clients at the gym, present offerings professionally, and convert leads into memberships.  Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets.  Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive renewals and referrals.  Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.  Keep accurate sales records and share regular reports with the manager. Requirements  Male or Female, Age up to 40 years.  3–5 years of proven hardcore sales experience (fitness/wellness/hospitality/retail preferred).  Must be very presentable, confident, and client-facing.  Strong skills in telecalling, lead generation, walk-in management, and lead conversion.  Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.  Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.  Comfortable working in flexible shifts (10–7 or 12–9).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
