
International Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and highly presentable Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. The role demands hardcore sales experience, with a strong focus on telecalling, lead generation, getting client walk-ins, and converting them into memberships. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and marketing activities. Ensure maximum walk-ins to the gym from generated leads. Meet clients at the gym, present offerings professionally, and convert leads into memberships. Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive renewals and referrals. Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates. Keep accurate sales records and share regular reports with the manager. Requirements Male or Female, Age up to 40 years. 3–5 years of proven hardcore sales experience (fitness/wellness/hospitality/retail preferred). Must be very presentable, confident, and client-facing. Strong skills in telecalling, lead generation, walk-in management, and lead conversion. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Comfortable working in flexible shifts (10–7 or 12–9).

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
