Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for teaching. The Mechanical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students, helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the mechanical engineering field.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

- Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on various mechanical engineering topics.

- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and update course content.

- Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and technological advancements.

3. Student Assessment and Support:

- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.

- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.

- Offer additional assistance and tutoring as needed.

4. Tools Required:

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in mechanical engineering and related technologies.

- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously improve training programs.

6. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

- Prepare and submit reports on training activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Proficiency in using training software and tools.

Patience, dedication, and a passion for helping students succeed.
