Shall have knowledge of maintenance of process equipments like Vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps, Fermenters, Filling line AHUs etc.
Shall have knowledge of QMS elements like Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Investigation etc.
Shall have knowledge of SOP preparation, updation, implementation etc.
Shall have knowledge of Digital documentation system (preferred Trackwise)
Shall coordinate and execute maintenance works of process equipments with CFT
Shall prepare & track plant budget
Shall prepare CAPEX proposals
Shall have knowledge of design verification.
Shall coordinate & execute BOQ preparation, PR, PO, Invoice processing
Shall have knowledge of SAP system.
shall have knowledge of CCMS (computerized calibration & PM management system) (preferred SAP system CCMS)
