WALK-IN INTERVIEW – MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER (ONGC PROJECT)

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

Roles & Responsibilities

Site Execution

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, piping, valves, pumps, and related systems.

Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents prior to execution.

Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to ONGC and company standards.

Quality & Safety

Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and ONGC safety norms.

Conduct inspections and prepare quality documentation.

Support toolbox talks, safety protocols, and permit-to-work processes.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with project managers, ONGC site officials, contractors, and vendors.

Prepare daily progress reports, material logs, and other site documentation.

Assist in material planning and resource management.

Technical Support

Troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation and commissioning.

Resolve design or site-related conflicts.

Support FAT/SAT activities as required.
