Job Description – Mechanical Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical activities at various ONGC project sites within Ahmedabad.

* Ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks.

* Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.

* Interact with ONGC site engineers and contractors for smooth project execution.

* Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material consumption details.

* Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

* Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory guidelines.

* Manage manpower and allocate tasks effectively at multiple sites as required.

* Coordinate with the project manager for planning, scheduling, and resource requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

* BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

* 2 to 4 years of experience in site execution, preferably in Oil & Gas or industrial projects.

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and commissioning.

* Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.

* Good communication and documentation skills.

* Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for site coordination.

Additional Details:

* Job involves working across All sites within Ahmedabad.

* Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and multi-site operations.
