Role Summary

The company is looking for an experienced Admin &

IR
 professional to handle complete administrative operations at their manufacturing facility. The role includes employee services, vendor management, facilities upkeep, housekeeping, transport, travel coordination, and support to HR.

Key Responsibilities

Transport & Employee Services

  • Manage pick-up/drop, buses, cabs, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure route planning, safety compliance, and vendor billing

Canteen & Housekeeping

  • Monitor daily canteen operations, food quality, and pantry stock
  • Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness across office & shop floor

Facility & Office Administration

  • Handle maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture)
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, printing, and inventory logs
  • Maintain asset records

Courier & Documentation

  • Manage inward/outward courier and dispatch documentation

HR & Event Support

  • Assist with meeting room arrangements, employee events, and visitor handling

Travel & Visa Coordination

  • Arrange domestic & international travel (flights, hotels, cabs)
  • Handle visa documentation and coordination

Guest Management

  • Arrange guest transport, stay, refreshments, and plant visits

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure admin functions follow safety standards
  • Coordinate with EHS team for audits

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Admin/
    IR
     (Manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Strong coordination & vendor management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and travel booking portals
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
