**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Handle Union related negotiations and keep management updated on any developments.
- Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Implementation of standing orders, Preparing Charge Sheet/Show cause Notice /Suspension Letter, Conducting Domestic Inquiry, based on enquiry report preparing orders for different types of punishment.
- Undertake and ensure all compliances as required under various relevant Labour Laws and regulations as per schedule and timelines defined and make sure no risk to the organization.
- Settling matters related with PF, Gratuity, and other full & final settlement related dues.
- Proficient in Handling Throughout Contract Labour system / Management
- Generating manpower related MIS reports monthly.
- Handling the administration activities (Employee Transportation, Housekeeping, Canteen, Horticulture & General administration activities)
- Infuse automation in all Administrative functions to make the functions more effective and efficient.
- Undertake and ensure all compliances as required under various relevant Labour Laws and regulations as per schedule and timelines defined and make sure no risk to the organization.

**Competency Requirements**

Technical/ Functional:_**
- Good academic background
Good hands-on experience of working in legal space as intern/ assistant etc. Ability to draft letters, notices, memos and other legal documents
Exposure to labour laws preferable.**_
Behavioral_**
- Ability to handle and manage conflicts_
- Good communication skill_

**_
Specific expertise required for functional area:_**
- 1) Knowledge of labour laws and specifically Laws related with state of Maharashtra.
2) Drafting of different type of disciplinary memo’s, notices, circulars reply to Govt authorities etc.**5**
