  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all analytical deliverables.
  • Implement standardized processes for requirement gathering, data validation, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a liaison between business units (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations), data engineers, and various IT data-analytics teams.
  • Translate business questions/requirements into clear analytical projects—define scope, success criteria, and delivery timelines.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, using data storytelling to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data governance teams to enforce data definitions, lineage documentation, and metadata standards.
  • Monitor key data-quality metrics; partner with data engineering teams to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Champion best practices around data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes—introduce automation where possible (e.g., scheduling, alerting).
  • Stay current on emerging analytics techniques (predictive modeling, machine learning basics) and pilot small projects to demonstrate value.

What you'll need:

  • 2 -4 years of Team Leadership experience and excellent prioritization skills.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as Business Analyst/Data Analyst in an Analytics environment.
  • Expert technical and non-technical communication skills, both oral and written.
