Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

• Deliver high-quality live online and/or offline sessions for assigned language courses.
• Teach levels ranging from Beginner to Advanced (A1–B2 or equivalent).
• Conduct structured lessons, speaking activities, grammar sessions & assignments.
• Train students for professional communication, business English, interview prep, and/or exam skills (if applicable).
• Help students with pronunciation, vocabulary building, and real-life language usage.

Assessment & Student Success

• Conduct placement tests and proficiency assessments.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare assessments, quizzes, mock tests, and evaluations for each batch.
• Maintain high learner satisfaction and engagement scores.

Content & Curriculum Support

• Help refine or upgrade lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials.
• Suggest improvements to curriculum based on student feedback and global standards.
• Contribute to developing new course modules (optional but preferred).

Professional Conduct

• Ensure punctuality, consistency, and professional ethics during all sessions.
• Maintain classroom discipline (online/offline) and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Represent the brand's quality and values at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For English / Business Communication Trainers:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Linguistics / Communication or related fields.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience teaching Spoken English, communication skills, IELTS/PTE/TOEFL (preferred).

For Foreign Language Trainers (French/German/Spanish/Japanese/Korean/Mandarin):

• Certified proficiency (DELF/Goethe/NAT/JLPT/DELE/HSK etc.) – Level B2 or above preferred.
• Prior teaching or training experience (online/offline).
• Strong cultural awareness and clear neutral accent.

For Indian Language Trainers (Hindi/Sanskrit/Regional languages):

• Formal qualifications or demonstrable expertise in the respective language.
• Ability to design engaging beginner-level content for diverse learners.

General Requirements (for all trainers):

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/training experience.
• Strong communication & classroom management skills.
• Comfortable teaching online using Zoom/Google Meet & digital tools.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make classes practical & interactive.
• Passion for teaching and supporting learner growth.

Preferred (Good-to-Have)

• Experience teaching in institutes, colleges, ed-tech platforms, or corporate training.
• Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and international language benchmarks.
• Ability to teach more than one language or skill.
• Prior experience creating lesson videos, worksheets, or digital content.
